Four-Day Workweek - Summer 2017
The Graduate School and University Center will again participate in the Four-Day Workweek program, which has been authorized for the period Monday, June 26, 2017 through Friday, August 11, 2017.
The Four-Day Workweek allows staff to work an extended work schedule in lieu of the six Fridays off: June 30, July 14, July 21, July 28, August 4, and August 11, 2017.
The summer hour schedule outlines various schedules employees may opt to work: (Please be reminded that during the extended summer work schedule those charging annual leave must charge 1 day, 1 hour and 45 minutes). Employees who do not wish or are unable to work the extended schedule shall be given the option of working four regular days and charging the fifth day to annual leave.
Since this year's Independence Day holiday is observed on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, during the week of July 3rd, 2017, no extended hours of operations are required.
