Professor Eugenia Paulicelli Honored for her Work on Italian Americans in Cinema and Theater

Professor Eugenia Paulicelli received an award presented to her by Queens Borough President Melinda Katz, honoring her work on "Italian Americans in Cinema and Theater."  This award was one of four that was given for the Borough of Queens Italian Heritage and Culture Month.  The award ceremony took place Tuesday, October 24 at Saint John's University.  She was also honored with the 2017 Ambasciatore Award by the Italian American Mueseum.  The Ambasciatore Award honors those exemplary men and women who play a significant role reflecting the values and traditions that have established the Italian American community as a major component of American society. This award was presented on Sunday, November 12 at Crest Hollow Country Club, Woodbury, NY.
