Fall 2020 Seminar in Applied Economics: Nobel Laureate Vernon Smith will be presenting "Market Price Formation: Classical Market Theory and Experiments."
Vernon L. Smith was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 2002 for his groundbreaking work in experimental economics. He currently holds the George L. Argyros Endowed Chair in Finance and Economics at Chapman University. He and Professor Yochanan Shachmurove (GC/City College, Economics) will present and discuss classic market theory in this Zoom meeting. Faculty, students, staff, and the public are welcome to attend and invited to submit questions in advance.
