The Office of Communications and Marketing sets the strategy for raising the profile and enhancing Graduate Center academic programs, research, and public programming. The themes of achievement, impact, and innovation guide GC marketing and communications activities codified in a unified brand identity, consistent messaging, and the GC’s positioning as a premier graduate school of arts and sciences, focused on doctoral education. The office comprises three distinct yet integrated units—web, communications, and media relations—which work collaboratively to create a compelling narrative in both digital and print form, disseminated to internal and external audiences across various channels and platforms.
