How to Update Contact Information in CUNYfirst
In order to receive most up-to-date messages from The Graduate Center, please log in to CUNYfirst and update your contact information as soon as possible.
Please refer to below steps and instructions for accessing the CUNYfirst Self Service Portal:
1. Sign on to CUNYfirst at https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu
2. Select “Human Capital Management” from the CUNYFirst Menu section
3. Select “Self Service” and then choose “Personal Information”
4. Visit the following pages:
• Phone Numbers
• Email Addresses (please add all the e-mail addresses that you check regularly)
• Emergency Contacts
• Home and Mailing Address
5. Be sure to “Update”, “Save”, and/or “Submit” as instructed on each screen.

All Graduate Center employees have access to their email from The Graduate Center portal.
