URGENT: Payroll Announcement
On Thursday, March 19th, unclaimed paychecks for the March 12th payroll will be sent to your mailing address indicated on your paycheck. 

On Thursday, March 19th, 1042 Tax Forms will be sent to the current mailing address in CUNYfirst.
Starting next week, the Office of the State Controller (OSC) will mail out paychecks to the addresses indicated on paystubs. Therefore, your paychecks will not be delivered to the Graduate Center for you to pick-up in person.
NOTE: As of the March 12, 2020 pay cycle, if your address in CUNYfirst has not been updated, paychecks mailed and sent back to the GC as undeliverable will be returned to OSC in Albany. 
 > You must update your mailing information in CUNYfirst ASAP to avoid any delay in receiving your paycheck(s).
Please log in to Self Service via CUNYfirst to update your mailing address:
1. Navigate to the GC Portal.
2. Log in to CUNYfirst using your CUNYfirst login and password.  
3. Once logged in, select Campus Solutions from the menu
4. Select Self Service
5. Select Campus Personal Information
6. Select addresses
7. Update your current mailing address (including apartment number) and indicate your current phone number as preferred. 
8. Confirm and save any changes.
We strongly encourage all employees to enroll in direct deposit to prevent any delays in the delivery of their paychecks. You may obtain a copy of the direct deposit form online and e-mail it to payroll@gc.cuny.edu.
