The Vice President for Institutional Advancement reports to the President of the Graduate Center and serves as the institution’s chief advancement officer with overall responsibility for development, Communications, marketing, publications, alumni, and public relations. The office is responsibleall Graduate Center fundraising. The Vice President serves as Executive Director of the Graduate Center Foundation and works in consultation with the Foundation’s Board of Trustees to expand donations and provide financial management of the Foundation’s endowment.
