Description

The Graduate School & University Center will participate in the Four-Day Workweek program which has been authorized for the period Monday June 23, 2014 through Friday, August 8th.  The six Fridays included are: June 27, July 11, 18, 25, August 1, and 8, 2014.  The Independence Day holiday will be observed on Friday July 4, 2014.  During that week staff shall have four regular un-extended workdays on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The summer hour schedule outlines various schedules employees may opt to work:  (Please be reminded that during the extended summer work schedule those charging annual leave must charge: 1 day, 1 hour and 45 minutes).     Employees  who do not wish, or are unable to work the extended work day schedules, are given the option of working four (4) regular seven-hour days and charging the fifth day to annual leave.
