Help Desk

The Help Desk provides The Graduate Center community with solutions to many technical issues. They are located on the Second Floor of The Mina Rees Library. Phone coverage may not be available at all times due to staffing limitations. Requests for assistance can be submitted via Self Serviceemail, or voicemail 24 hours a day. Mon – Fri:     9:00am – 6:00pm  
Sat & Sun: Closed

Extended Operating Hours During Peak Semester Periods
 Mon - Fri 8:00 am – 9:00pm   
Peak Semester Hours
  • One week before the beginning of classes and four weeks thereafter for the Spring and Falls semesters.
  • The last three weeks of school including the week of finals for the Spring and Fall semesters.

In addition, we also provide a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers, to assist you in resolving your IT issues. This easy-to-use online tool allows you to quickly and easily find solutions to technical issues on your own.
